The Easiest Pancakes You’ll Ever Make

This is one of my go-to recipes because it’s so quick, easy but most importantly, easy to remember.

This recipe makes about 5 hearty pancakes, feel free to double or triple the recipe as needed.

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Cup Almond Milk (or other milk alternative)
  • 1 Cup Old Fashioned Oats

That’s literally it. Mix all of it together in a blender, and you’ll have pancake batter!

Now that you have your base, you can add a variety of mix-ins to make it your own. Here are some of my favs:

  • Chia Seeds
  • Walnuts
  • Flax Seeds
  • Chocolate chips
  • Cinnamon

Once the batter is made, I like to let it sit for 3-5 minutes to thicken up a bit. I find that the oats and chia seeds need some time to make the batter not as watery.

After you’ve let it sit, pour into a non-stick pan over medium heat, flip when bubbles start to form on the top of the pancakes and the bottoms are golden brown.
